Diagnostic evaluation = $300

60-minute session = $200

I am in-network provider for the following insurance companies (Massachusetts residents): Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum/United Behavioral Health (UBH), Tufts, Aetna. Please check with your insurance company whether I am listed as a provider for your specific plan prior to scheduling an appointment.

If you have any other health insurance with out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for my services. I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed description of services, charges and payments) on a monthly basis that you can submit for reimbursement.

It is important that you understand your health insurance benefits. If you have any questions about your benefits, please call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card. It is your responsibility to verify your plan’s reimbursement rates, limitations, exclusions, deductibles and co-payments.
